Our Services
Leasing Only Services
$500 flat fee
- Taking quality digital photographs of the unit
- Advertising on over 30 different online platforms
- Prequalifying prospective applicants
- Processing of applications (including background checks, credit checks, landlord references, employe verification)
- Pre-Move-In inspection with photos documenting condition of the unit and tenant sign-offs
- Lease explanation and signing
- Collection of security deposit and first month's rent
Full Service Property Management
$150/month for single family or 10% of rent collected for portfolio
- Collecting rent and making deposits on behalf of the owner
- Monthly financial statements
- Accounts Payable processing
- Tenant relations
- Five-day and/or breaches of lease notices
- Scheduling of maintenance work (10% vendor markup - includes managing contractors, ensuring satisfactory work, and invoice payment)
- 24 hour on call service for tenant questions
